RLS Press Fitting – Couplings

RLS Press Fittings are specifically designed and engineered to join copper tube in high-pressure HVAC and Refrigeration systems and are compatible with a wide range of commonly used refrigerants and oils.

The patented RLS Press Fittings were engineered to withstand high pressures and are fully registered and listed to UL207 for pressures up to 700 PSI.

These patented Press Fittings provide quick and easy connections using an RLS-approved press tool with the relevant jaws saving time and money compared to brazing.

Press Fittings materials: Body is refrigerant grade copper as per ASTM-B75 or ASTM-B743 and O-ring is HNBR.
Available sizes: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2″, 5/8, 3/4″, 7/8, 1, 1-1/8, 1-1/4 & 1-3/8
