Camfil Terminal Housings

Camfil provide a range of terminally mounted HEPA housings for supply and exhaust applications.

Standard off the shelf HEPA housings are available, including gel or channel seal ducted terminal ceiling modules, gasket seal terminal ceiling modules, ceiling suspension type room side replacement modules, t-bar suspension type disposable ducted modules and HEPA holding frames.

Camfils CleanSeal range of terminal HEPA housings are designed for controlled environments and available in various ceiling and wall configurations for both supply and exhaust air applications, with custom adaptations to suit your individual requirements. Every CleanSeal terminal HEPA housing is fully welded to ensure a lifetime of reliable and leak-free performance. Single person installation and maintenance is assured through our innovative hinged access plate, tool-less filter holding clamps and an inbuilt filter retaining and pre-positioning system that securely holds the filter in place without additional assistance.

Camfil’s PharmaSeal is a fully customisable terminal HEPA filter housing designed specifically for Life Science facilities seeking guaranteed performance within critical applications, and risk free compliance with TGA / GMP requirements for Grade A and Grade B cleanrooms. Camfil Pharmaseal is specifically designed to minimise operation downtime during required NATA accredited HEPA filter validation and HEPA filter change-outs, and includes several user friendly features as standard.

Camfil’s CS (Channel Seal) HEPA Ceiling Housing (formerly Airepure CS HEPA Module) is an ideal terminal HEPA filter module any facility requiring clean-room level air filtration, and has been designed so that HEPA filters can be replaced and tested without disturbing the module housing. Standard features include a static pressure port for evaluating HEPA filter pressure drop, or sampling of the upstream aerosol concentration during filter scan testing.

Custom designed HEPA housings for supply or exhaust applications are also available. Integrated HEPA housing options include adjustable room side dampers, insect micron screens and room side access panels.
