Camfil EPA, HEPA and ULPA Filters

Camfil’s HEPA filter range consists of mini pleat HEPA filters, separator style HEPA filters, gasket seal HEPA filters, fluid seal or gel seal HEPA filters, high temperature HEPA filters and high velocity HEPA filters.

Typical applications for Camfil HEPA filters include clean room air filter applications, such as medical facilities, university laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, research facilities, food and dairy processing facilities and any other application where ultra clean air is a requirement.

Our HEPA filters are manufactured from the highest quality of materials under strict quality control conditions, and are certified to ensure performance under the most critical of conditions for performance and leak-free operation.

Camfil HEPA filters are individually tested and rated at the following efficiencies:
E11 per EN 1822:2019
H14 per EN 1822:2019
U15 per EN 1822:2019

Specialty dimple pleat, separator-less HEPA filters are also available, constructed from a self-supporting and self-separating layered filter media bonded to a metal or wooden frame. These specialty filters are typically used in high efficiency exhaust BIBO (bag/in-bag/out) airborne containment systems or nuclear medicine / cyclotron areas, due to their relatively low pressure and high volume characteristics. Subject to the application, the filter media packs and frames can be incinerated if required.

High temperature HEPA filters designed to protect processes at high temperatures are available for use within sterilisation or depyrogenation processes in the food processing and life science industries. Tested according to either EN779 and ISO 16890 or EN 1822:2019 and ISO 2963, Camfil high temperature HEPA filters meet the strictest requirements and maintain their integrity and rated performance under extreme temperatures.
