In 1937, RectorSeal Australia Pty Ltd was formed in Texas, USA as a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty products serving the HVAC and plumbing industries. Through a series of acquisitions involving several leading Australian HVAC, plumbing, and irrigation brands, in 2014, RectorSeal Australia Pty Ltd established a business in Australia.
