Independent Chiller Solutions was conceived from a recognition that there is a missing link in communication between the HVAC & R Industry and the owner/manager/operator of the plant to be upgraded or installed.

We bridge that communication gap by using 40 years plus of Industry experience in Service, Contracting, Installation and Equipment Applications engineering to help the customer to bridge that gap. HVAC & R plant in commercial/industrial applications can contribute 49% of a customers energy usage.

The cooling plant (Chillers, pumps, and cooling towers) can amount to 20% of energy on its own, much more if the equipment selected is the wrong equipment, System design is flawed, or the application control strategy is incorrect.

Navigating the plant upgrade path can be a minefield particularly when the end user is skilled in their own chosen fields not necessarily in HVAC & R design and application.
